Granblue Fantasy's upcoming PS4 games

With  Granblue Fantasy  recently reaching 23 million players, developers  Cygames  talk about the franchise’s  two upcoming games  at  Granblue Fantasy Fes 2018  on Dec. 15 th . Whilst the original  Granblue Fantasy  game is only online on mobile and browser, these new games are going on consoles mainly on Playstation 4. As a Granblue Fantasy player myself, I’m interested to see how this Japanese franchise will do by releasing console games. Granblue Fantasy: Relink gameplay One of these games was the already announced  Granblue Fantasy: Project Re:Link  from last year’s   Granblue Fantasy Fes ,   now renamed  Granblue Fantasy Relink . The game is developed by Platinum Games and will be an RPG game but has yet to get a release date. I’m starting to wonder how much longer it’ll take for the game to come out, especially since the game was initially announced last year. The Game Awards 2018

From God of War’s winnings, to the Super Smash Bros. Ultimate announcement, there were many exciting things from The Game Awards 2018 on 6 th December. God of War, Red Dead Redemption 2, Celeste and Fortnite won the most awards, with God of War winning the Game of the Year title . Although Fortnite has been popular recently, it’s good to see that it didn’t steal as much of the award nominations. I’m also glad that an independent game such as Celeste managed to get nominated for Game of the Year even if it didn’t win. Despite that, I’m impressed that the video game managed to win two out of their three nominations for Games For Impact and Best Independent Game. This event was also a good opportunity for video game companies to unveil some of their announcements such as new games and extra content. Some of the new games announced included The Last Campfire by Studio Wildcard and The Outer Worlds by Obsidian Entertainment, amongst continuations of already released games.   I’m tr

Happy 2 year anniversary FINAL FANTASY XV!

On Thursday, FINAL FANTASY XV (FFXV) celebrated its two-year anniversary since game launch! As part of their long-running FINAL FANTASY series, Square Enix released action-roleplaying game FFXV on 29 th November 2016 for both Playstation 4 and Xbox One . Upon initial release, the game had already totalled to about five million sales in one day . With the addition of many expansions and other downloadable content, there was also the Microsoft Windows release earlier this year. With FFXV having reached over seven million sales this last summer, the company hoped that their Windows version would help them get to their 10 million personal goal. Both the official Japanese and English Twitter accounts for FFXV stated their thanks and appreciation to fans of the game, and even shared some new wallpapers for the special occasion. Hello reader! My name’s Valeria and I’m 18-years-old. I’m writing this post to introduce my blog that is part of my assignment as a Bachelor of Communications student. Part of my assignment is to write news about a topic I’m interested in. One of my hobbies is playing video games, so I have decided to write news about them and the industry they are a part of. This includes any particular updates from game companies and news about games that have come out or been announced. The video game industry is competitive and ever-changing with new games, consoles and advancements so they can reach the top.
